I placed my order for the Cargo Lip Quads on Friday from
www.Apothica.com and they arrived today!!! Unfortunately, my girl J's was melted but one quick call and they promised to ship a new one complete with return labels free of charge. Now that's customer service.

It was a little soft but I popped it in the freezer to tighten it up. All I need is a new lip brush and we're golden.
