"My Theme Song" Giveaway

A few years back Usher released the album, Confessions.  I admit I slept on the album, didn't really listen to it.  One day I let the album play and the song "Bad Girl" came on.  For some reason, any time this song popped up on my Zune, I felt myself strutting a little harder down the street.  Kind of like my own personal theme song.  This song along with "Hate on Me" by Jill Scott and "Headturner" by Joss Stone are just a few songs that make me "Own It and Love It."

I'm sure everyone has a song that makes them stand a little taller, sway their hips a bit more, own the sidewalk like its a catwalk.  Which brings me to my new giveaway.  It's a quick one. Expires next Saturday, January 9, 2010.

What's up for grabs:
A nail polish that's been on everyone's wish list this past year:

Essie Mint Candy Apple (snagged the last one just for one of you)

My favorite song that always brings me up when I am down is "golden" by Jill Scott. I love her songs. Such a beautiful sista and a great singer with TALENT!

I'm taking my own freedom
Putting it in my song
Singing loud and strong
Grooving all day long
I'm taking my freedom
Putting it in my stroll
I be high-stepping ya'll
Letting the joy unfold
I'm…
Living my life like it's golden

My theme song would have to be "Boyz" by M.I.A. It's such a fun song. I remember walking to work during the summer and listening to it on repeat. It definitely made me strut!
