I blasted this dress. I said who in their right mind would put ruffles, rosettes, and a big bow on a dress for a big girl. I even went as far as commenting on Manolo for the Big Girl about the hideousness of the design. And then I tried it on...

The color is perfect for me. I love bright colors. And though the rosettes have to die a painful death, luckily they are only attached to the dress with a few threads. I see this getting a lot of wear in spring AND summer.
Lessons learned --- Try it before bashing and there's always alteration.
