Polish Pretty: Rescue Beauty Lounge in Look Rich, Be Cheap over Wet N' Wild in Black Creme

I actually bought the Rescue Beauty Lounge Polish last year during one of the big sales.  I never posted a swatch because it chips too damn quick.  I decided to put a base coat of black polish to see if it fared any better.  Nope! Still chipped.  Oh well, nice heavy glitter.  Hard to tell here but its purple and gold.  I also have Frugalista which I will swatch later this week.
